The Rev'd Tara Louise Magoon was called in January 2005 as part of the Trinity’s pastoral ministry team. She was ordained in 2000 by the Virginia Synod ELCA. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA and raised in Newark, DE, and is a ministerial daughter of Hope Lutheran Church in New Castle, DE. She is married to Jeremy and has a son, David, and three cats.  She is a graduate of Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary in Columbia, SC.

In her free time, Pastor Magoon likes to play with David, read, do crafts, and spend time with friends and family.
